Affinage Halloumi is a semi-hard cheese with a creamy texture and a pleasantly salty finish. It’s best enjoyed fried, grilled, or baked. When grilled, it reaches its perfect texture—crispy on the outside, soft and melting on the inside. This versatile cheese pairs beautifully with salads and also works well as a meat substitute. Affinage Halloumi is also available in a reduced-salt version. It offers the same semi-hard texture as the original, with a lighter salt profile. Both varieties are naturally high in calcium and protein.
